分光光度法研究纳米金溶胶和DNA的相互作用

Study of the Interaction between Nano Gold and DNA by Spectrophotometry

本文采用分光光度法研究了纳米金溶胶、CT DNA及两者混合液高速离心前后的吸收值的变化 情况 ,发现纳米金溶胶和DNA之间存在相互作用 。

Centrifugalizing experiments and UV Vis spectral analysis were curried out for nano gold(NG),CT DNA solution and mixed NG DNA solutions.It was concluded that the CT DNA molecules can firmly bind with NG particles in definite ratio.
