去顶黄瓜苗直接成花期间子叶生理变化的研究

The Research on Physiological Changes of Cotyledons of the Decapitated Cucumber Seedlings During Flowering

本文对去顶黄瓜苗子叶与未去顶黄瓜苗子叶的面积、厚度、叶绿素含量、POD活性、SOD活性、抗坏 血酸含量一系列指标作了分析比较 .结果显示去顶黄瓜苗在子叶节处直接开花 。

A series of changes in cotyledons of the cucumber seedlings and the decapitated cucumber seedlings were compared.The results suggested that the direct flowering on cotyledonany nodes of the decapitated seedlings were interrelated to the accumulation of nutrient and the POD activities.
