摘要
对三值单稳态触发器的设计原理进行了研究.结合RC电路延迟作用和信号反馈存贮的原理,设计了三值脉冲控宽电路和三值单稳态触发器,并通过PSPICE5.0软件模拟,证实了逻辑功能的正确性.
The design principle of ternary mono-stable flip-flops is investigated. Based on the delay function of RC circuits and principle of signal feedback storage, ternary pulse- width-controllable circuits and ternary mono-stable flip-flops are designed.Their correct logic functions are verified by PSPICE5.0 simulation.
