摘要
以淀粉乙二醇糖甙聚醚、多苯基多次甲基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)为主要原料,对聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料的发泡工艺进行了研究.经过实验分析,选择低分子量二醇Diol-A为扩链剂,Diol-C为交联剂,采用“半氟”和“全水”的发泡工艺,所得淀粉糖甙聚醚聚氨酯(PU)泡沫材料具有较好的压缩强度、抗拉强度和导热性能.
A polyurethane(PU)rigid foam was prepared, using PAPI and the polyether polyols deried from starch ethylene glycol glycoside(EGG)as the main materials, and the foaming processing was studied. The water blowing foam formulation was designed and the structure and properties of PU were investigated by mechanical tests. The studies indicated that the foam formulation without CFC-11 was successful. It was found that the rigid foam PU had good mechnical properties and thermal conductivity.
