银翘散治疗病毒性下呼吸道感染疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Curing the Viral Lower Respiratory Tract Infection by Powder of Lonicera and Forsythia

为探讨银翘散对病毒性下呼吸道感染的疗效，采用银翘散煎剂，并以病毒唑加抗病毒 口服液作对照，治疗１０２例病毒性下呼吸道感染患者．结果表明：治疗组的显效率和总有效率 优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗组的症状、体征消失时间明显少于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）． 银翘散治疗病毒性下呼吸道感染的疗效高、疗效快．

In order to probe into the curative effects curing the viral lower respiratory tract infection (VLRTI) by the powder of Lonicera and Forsythia, 102 patients suffering from the disease were cured by adopting the apozem of the powder of Lonicera and Forsythia, the author taking the virus Azole plus the Oral Antivirotic as a control group .The results showed that the effect displayed and toed effective rate of the treated group are superior to that of the control group(P <0.05), and for the former, the symptoms and signs are eliminated obviously fast than that of the latter (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 ). Thus a conclusion is drown that foe curative effects is good and fast by using the powder of Lonicera and Forsythia to cure VLRTI.
