摘要
为探讨小儿危重病血清组织释放酶改变及其临床意义,将118例患儿按危重病例评分值分为-100分,-80分,0-70分3组.其中死亡20例,存活98例.应用欧林巴斯AU-1000型全自动生化分析仪分别测定患儿血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及同功酶(LD-I)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)及同功酶(CPK-MB)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、γ-谷氨酸转肽酶(γ-GT)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(αHBD),结果表明:-100分组血清10种酶值大多在正常范围,与正常健康儿童对照无显著差异(P>0.05);-80分和0-70分2组酶值明显高于正常健康儿童(P<0,01),评分值越低,病情越重,各种酶越高;死亡组酶值高于存活组(P<0.01).测定血清组织释放酶,对危重儿童病情判断及预后有参考价值.
To investigate the correction between ten kinds of plasma enzyme and pediatrical critical disorders, the 118 cases of children were divided into three groups according to pediatric critical score, i. e. the groups of -100 score、 -80 score and 0-70 score. Among which,there were 20 cases of death and 98 cases of survivor. The contents of AST、LDH、 LD-I、CPK、CPK-MB.AKP、ACP.γ-GT、α- HBD in plasma were detected to observe the changes of them in pediatrical critical disorders and normal contrast group with Olympus AU-1000 analysist. The results showde that the contents of ten kinds of enzyme are normal in group-100,which are no difference with normal contrast (P > 0.05); the contents of them in group -80 and 0 -70 are great higher than that of normal contrast(P<0.01 ); the lower the scores are,the more serious the disorders are and the higher the enzymes are; the death group is also significantly higher than the living one (P < 0.01 ). Thus a conclusion was drawn that the detection of plasma enzyme might be important in the prognosis and determination of pediatrical critical disorders.
