摘要
利用聚集光束反射测量仪对脱墨浆白水中胶黏物粒子在阴离子垃圾捕捉剂作用下絮聚的动态过程进行了研究,并结合激光粒度仪、浊度、Zeta电位实验对其结论进行了验证。实验结果表明:聚焦光束反射测量技术(FBRM)可直接有效地对白水中的粒子进行实时监测,并可评估阴离子垃圾捕捉剂的最佳加入量,研究其作用机理和絮聚过程等。激光粒度仪、浊度和Zeta电位实验与FBRM得出的结果相一致。由于PAC受体系pH值的影响,因此为了得到较好的胶黏物控制效果,提高阴离子垃圾捕捉剂的使用效率,应避免在过高的碱性条件下进行。
A focused beam reflectance measurement (FBRM) instrument was used to continuously assess the aggregation of stickles in deinldng pulp water. The particle size analysis, turbidity and Zeta potential were also used to evaluate to what degree of anionic trash catcher alter the sticikes aggregation behavior. The results indicate that FBRM provided a real-time in process monitor to establish the evolution of the resulting aggregation state as well as differences between different chemical doses. The FBRM results were in good agreement with the particle size analysis, turbidity measurements and Zeta potential. ~he charge density of PAC was affected by pH. In addition, at high pH values, the anionic charge of sticldes increased and the cationic charge of PAC decreased, accompanied by increased consumption of chemicals. Aggregation should not be carried out at strongly alkaline conditions to increase the aggregation of stickles and to avoid excessive chemical consumption.
