摘要 采用双水相聚合法,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为共聚单体,氧化还原引发,制备了分子量大、性能稳定的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)乳液。研究了引发剂与无机盐的加入量、单体的配比及浓度、反应温度、反应时间、分散剂用量及种类等对聚合产物特性黏度的影响,并对合成产物进行了性能检测与结构表征。其合成的优化条件:单体总浓度33%,AM、DMC与DMAA的质量配比为3.5:1:0.2,氧化还原剂占单体的0.2%~0.5%(氧化剂:还原剂质量比为1),分散剂与单体总质量比为0.8,无机盐占单体的0.5%~2%,温度45℃,反应4~6h。 Cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) was synthesized by aqueous copolymerization of acrylamide (AM), N,N- dimethylacrylamide(DMAA) and methyl acryloyl trimethylammonium chloride (DMC) used REDOX initiator system. The influences of initiator and inorganic salt content, monomer ratio and concentration, initial temperature, reaction time, dispersing agent dosage and kinds on characteristic viscosity of copolymerization were discussed and the product performance was tested and structure was characterized. The results showed that the optimal synthetic condition are as follows: total monomer concentration is 33%, m(AM):m(DMC):m(DMAA) is 3.5:1:0.2, to(REDOX) is 0.2%-0.5% (antioxidant: reducing agent is 1), dispersing agent/total monomer is 0.8, to (inorganic salt) is 0.5% to 2%, the temperature is 45℃, reaction time is 4 to 6 hours.
