高校图书馆在小康社会的建设中有条件、有责任开展社会服务,成功的经验是必须结成联盟进行,这其中需要遵循6个基本的原则:共享原则、政府主导原则、高校图书馆主动参与原则、统一原则、有限性原则、渐进性原则。

University library has both advantage and responsibility to develop social service for a well-to-do society, and the success of the service is based on the establishment of a consortium and must follow six principles： sharing, government predominance, active participation of university library, unity, finiteness and gradualism.
