摘要
目的观察体外反搏(ECP)对冠心病患者同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响,探讨ECP防治冠心病的生物学机制。方法将郑州大学第四附属医院100例冠心病患者随机分为体外反搏治疗组(50例)和常规治疗组(50例)。两组均给予规范化的药物治疗,体外反搏组患者每天再给予60 min体外反搏治疗,两个疗程共4周。两组患者分别于治疗前及治疗4周后行HCY及CRP血清水平检测。最后用SPSS16.0软件对上述资料进行统计学分析。结果治疗前,两组HCY和CRP血清水平,差异无显著性(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗前后,ECP组HCY血清水平差值大于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.875,P<0.05);ECP组治疗前后CRP血清水平差值大于常规治疗组(t=21.492,P<0.05)。结论体外反搏可降低冠心病患者HCY及CRP血清水平,ECP组疗效好于常规治疗组,这表明ECP对冠心病的防治有益。
Objective To investigate the effect of external counter pulsation (ECP) on Homocysteine (HCY) and C - reactive protein (CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), to explore the biological mechanism of external counterpulsation on prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 100 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into external counterpulsation treatment group (50 cases ) and routine treatment group (50 cases). Two groups were given standardized medication, external counterpulsation group of patients received external counterpulsation therapy for 60 min every day, 2 period of treatment, a total of 4 weeks. Before and after treat- ment, test the serum concentrations of CRP and HCY each group. Finally, made a statistical analysis of the above informa- tion by using SPSS16. 0 software. Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the senam levels of HCY and CRP between the two groups(P 〉0. 05). Before and after treatment,the serum level of HCY difference in the ECP group was greater than the routine treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (t = 16. 875 ,P 〈 0. 05) ; The serum level of CRP difference in the ECP group was greater than the routine treatment group, the difference was statistically significant ( t = 21. 492, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions External counterpulsation can reduce the serum lev- els of HCY and CRP in patients with coronary heart disease, the curative effect of ECP group was superior to that of rou- tine group. This suggests that ECP is beneficial to the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD).
