教学制度是大学制度的重要组成部分,探讨我国现代大学制度建设必然包括教学制度的建设。随着高等教育的发展壮大,旧的教学制度与新的发展环境不相适应的矛盾越来越突出,呼唤改革、梦想改革,不仅是老一辈教育家的心声,更是莘莘学子的呼声。由我国高等教育界德高望重的杨德广先生与几位研究生围绕高等教育教学制度的改革建设问题,各抒己见,提出了切实推进教学制度改革建设的八项建议;应提倡以素质教育为本的教学方法;将教学学分制改为教育学分制;差生淘汰制与实施分流教学模式等一系列要求改革建设的观点,希望能促进中国教学制度改革的梦想早日实现。

The teaching system is an important part of the university institution.Exploration of the reform in China’s modern university institution entails the reform of the teaching system.With the development of higher education,the conflict between the old teaching system and the new development environment has become increasingly sharp.So reform is not only the dream of the elderly educators but also the appeal of young students.Yang De-guang,a prominent scholar in the community of higher education,held talks with several postgraduates on the reform of China’s teaching system.They suggested that quality-oriented teaching methods should be advocated,the teaching credit system should be changed into the educational credit system,and that a disqualification system and a split-flow teaching mode should be devised and hoped that the dream of China’s teaching system reform could be soon realized.
