培养公共管理类卓越农林人才的实践教学基地探索——以湖南农业大学为例

Exploration of the Practice Teaching Base for Producing Excellent Public Management Talents in Agriculture and Forestry:Taking the Case of Hunan Agricultural University

湖南农业大学对公共管理类卓越农林人才培养的实践教学基地建设进行了探索,其建设举措是"一个目标、两种途径、三方管理、四维保障"。湖南农业大学公共管理实践教学基地的主要特征是班系集中安排实习、无缝隙对接功能、广高深参与公共生活。经过多年努力,湖南农业大学公共管理类卓越农林人才培养的实践教学基地建设取得了良好的成效:增强了学生服务"三农"与社会的责任意识,提升了学生的综合素养与专业能力,培育了学生科技创新与创业能力,优化了教学内容与教学方法,形成了互惠共赢与可持续发展的机制。

Hunan Agricultural University has explored the construction of practice teaching bases for producing excellent public management talents in agriculture and forestry.The measures it has taken include ＂one goal,two ways,three-party management and four guarantees＂.Its bases are characterized by concentrated arrangement of practice,complete interface,extensive participation and involvement in the community.After many years of hard work,the school has achieved good results in this respect.Its students’ awareness of offering three rural services and shouldering responsibility for society has been enhanced;their comprehensive quality,specialty-related capacity and ability to make scientific innovations and start businesses cultivated and improved;the course content and teaching methods improved;and a win-win sustainable mechanism established.
