摘要
从地椒中提取出一种天然绿色素。初步研究了该色素的提取方法及理化性质 。
The green pigment of thymus monglicus ronn has been extracted. The extraction method and physical and chemical properties of the green pigment have been studied initially. The result obtained has showed that the green pigment of thymus monglicus ronn is of value in development and application.
