We have set forth the designation and assemblage of plate columns absorption experiment, defined the normal operation conditions, The results show that the optimal conditions for the experiment are: the fluid flow rate: 1.17×10 -5 m 3/h; the air flow rate: 353～488 m 3/h; concentration of NH 3·H 2O: 0.076～0.12 mol/L; concentration of HCl 0.008～0.012 mol/L.
