摘要
藏汉双语教育是藏族学校教育最明显的特色,藏汉双语意识、知识和技能的养成,必须根植于浓郁的双语教育文化。双语教育文化体现在学校的制度建设和组织建设之中。藏族学校双语教育文化建设是落实少数民族双语教育政策的关键。
Bilingual education of Tibetan and education at Tibetan schools. Cultivating awareness of Chinese languages is the most distinctive feature of bilingualism and mastering bilingual knowledge and skills must be rooted in the culture of bilingual education which is reflected in school system and organization. School activities should keep in line with the reform and development of ethnic education. The cultural construction of ethnic bilingual education is the key to implementing policy for ethnic bilingual education.
