摘要
有效指导少数民族大学生应对面试,提高就业率,不仅要帮助其了解面试的定义和作用,更应帮助其了解面试的问题范围、应答方法等。用积极的言行展示出自己健康、良好的状态,从而获得面试者的认同,获得就业机会。
In order to help ethnic minority university students deal with interview and to raise employment rate, effective interview guidance should help students get to know not only the definition and function of interview, but also questions and answering techniques in interview. The method of four steps includes brief introduction on the spot, resume content, related information of the post and other aspects. A interviewee should be trained to respond in a positive way to display his or her healthy and qualified conditions so as to get approval of the interviewers and be employed.
