摘要
通过对云南跨境民族地区国防教育现状的田野考察,发现该地区国防教育虽然取得了一些成绩,但也存在非传统安全意识淡薄,国防教育内动力欠缺和国防教育形式单一,满意度和实效性较低等问题。为促进国防教育健康发展,提出了在国防教育体制、目标、内容和方法上实现四个"转变",以保障其国防教育取得应有的效果。
A field study was made about national defense education in cross -border ethnic areas in Yunnan. The findings show that though some achievements have been made in national defense education in these areas, there are still problems in national defense education such as waxing ethnic identity, waning national identity, weak sense of non - traditional security, lacking internal motive, monotonous form, low degree of satisfaction and ineffectiveness. In order to promote a healthy development of national defense education, transformations should be made in system, objective, content and method so as to guarantee effectiveness of the education.
