新疆对外汉语师资队伍的现状调查及发展对策研究 被引量:4

An Investigation of Teachers of Chinese as a Second Language in Xinjiang and Development Countermeasures

摘要 新疆的对外汉语教育事业在迎来生源激增的发展机遇的同时,必须正视师资储备不足、队伍成员不稳定、不适应教学文化环境、转型教师亟待完善知识结构和教师教学管理工作量大等一系列问题。针对以上调查现状,本文提出几点发展对策:自上而下地为对外汉语教师打通编制政策瓶颈;整合科研力量探索出科学合理的在职培训课程;多为新疆对外汉语教师争取内地进修、国外教学及访学的机会;参考名校的学生管理方式,减轻教师在学生管理方面的负担;为教师搭建常规平台,增加教师间相互学习交流的机会。 Chinese education for foreign students has encountered a surge of enrollment, and at the same time, it is facing a series of problems such as shortage of teachers, unstable teaching body, failure to adapt to teaching environment, teachers in urgent need of optimizing knowledge structure, and teaching and administration workload of teachers. Based on an investigation of the problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, including 1) breaking the bottleneck of establishment policy for Chinese teachers from the top down; 2) integrating scientific researches to explore in-service training coarses in a scientific and rational way; 3) providing more opportunities for Xinxiang Chinese teachers to take refresher courses in the hinterland or to teach aboard ; 4) learning student management method from famous schools to reduce teachers' burden ; and 5 ) providing a platform of exchange for teachers.
