西南民族地区农村留守儿童家庭教育缺失的法律救济研究 被引量:14

A Study on Legal Aids for Left-behind Children Lacking Family Education in Southwestern Ethnic Rural Areas

摘要 西南民族地区农村留守儿童由于家庭教育的缺失,部分学生表现出学业成就感不强,失学现象较为严重;学生性格形成出现偏差和情感交流欠缺,道德品行产生偏离等不良表征。法律救济是解决农村留守儿童受家庭教育权利实现的重要路径,通过对西南民族地区农村留守儿童进城给予法律救济;制订父母返乡就业的相关法律和保障制度来补偿家庭教育权利的缺失,以实现西南民族地区农村留守儿童的健康发展。 Due to lack of family education for let-behind children in southwestern ethnic rural areas, some students have very a weak sense of academic achievements, which leads to a high rate of drop-outs; and some students lack emotional exchange, which causes deviation in personality as well as in moral behavior. Legal aid is an important way to protect the right of left-behind children to receive family education. It offers help for those children who go to school in cities, makes related laws and security system for parents who go back to work in their hometowns so as to make up for the lack of family education and realize healthy development of left-behind children in southwestern ethnic rural areas.
