摘要
目的:探讨评价血浆D-二聚体检测下,低分子肝素钙应用加自主功能锻炼预防老年人下肢骨折术后血栓形成。方法:38例老年下肢骨折患者,术后第1天起给予低分子肝素钙4100U于腹壁前外侧皮下注射,每天1次,连续使用21d。用药期间采用免疫比浊法测定血浆D-二聚体含量,并行双下肢自主股四头肌收缩锻炼及踝关节背伸锻炼预防下肢静脉血栓形成。结果:38例患者中仅有1例,入院D-二聚体数值异常增高,经治疗达正常值后,手术治疗骨折。其余37例患者术后给予D-二聚体检测,低分子肝素钙皮下注射、自主功能锻炼预防治疗。38例患者住院期间无一例血栓形成。结论:D-二聚体检测下,低分子肝素钙应用加自主功能锻炼能有效预防老年人下肢骨折术后静脉血栓形成。
Objective: To explore the evaluation of plasma D-dimer detection in two, low molecular weight heparin application independent functional exercise in prevention of senile fracture of lower limb thrombosis.Method: 38 eases of elderly patients with fracture of lower limb, one day after operation treated with low molecular heparin calcium 4100 U in the anterior abdominal wall lateral subcutaneous injection, 1 times a day, continuous use of 21 d. Medication use during immune turbidimetric method for the determination of plasma D-dimer content two, parallel double lower limbs independent unit four biceps contraction exercise and ankle dorsiflexion exercise in prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Result: Of 38 patients, only 1 patients, admitted D-dimerization of two numerical abnormality, treated as normal values after operation, fracture treatment. The remaining 37 patients after operation giving D-two dimer detection, subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin calcium, autonomic function exercise prevention treatment. In 38 cases of hospitalized patients with no case of thrombosis. Conclusion: D-two dimer detection, low molecular heparin calcium application independent functional exercise is effective in the prevention of senile fracture of lower limb venous thrombosis.
