秋水仙碱联合消炎痛栓治疗痛风性关节炎的效果研究

Study on Effect of Colchicine Combined with Indomethacin Suppository in the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

目的:探讨秋水仙碱联合消炎痛栓治疗痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2010年9月-2011年9月于本院进行治疗的48例痛风性关节炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各24例,对照组采用秋水仙碱进行治疗,观察组则采用秋水仙碱联合消炎痛栓进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗1周后的总有效率与治疗前后血尿酸、血沉、疼痛及肿胀评分。结果:观察组治疗1周后的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),血尿酸、血沉、疼痛及肿胀评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:秋水仙碱联合消炎痛栓治疗痛风性关节炎的临床效果较佳,可有效控制患者的症状体征及血液检测指标。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of colchicine combined with indomethacin suppository in the treatment of gouty arthritis. Method： 48 patients with gouty arthritis in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2011 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 24 cases in each group, then the total effective rate after the treatment at first week and blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, pain and swelling score before and after the treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result： The total effective rate of observation group after the treatment at first week was higher than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ）, blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, pain and swelling score were lower than those of control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The clinical effect of colchicine combined with indomethacin suppository in the treatment of gouty arthritis is better, and it can effectively control the symptoms, signs and blood detection indexes.
