廉洁政治是在政治共同体中为公共利益制定和实施公共政策的活动。廉洁政治的基本内涵和主要特征是干部清正、政府清廉、政治清明。它是一个系统结构,其本质和核心是"廉正",关键和重点在上层,基础在社会风气。反腐败必先反特权。建设廉洁政治既要从严治吏,也要注意加强整个社会的廉政文化建设,培育良好世风。

Clean and honest politics refers to the activities that formulate and implement public policies for public interests in the political community. Its basic connotation and major characteristics include the cleanness of cadres, government and politics. Clean and honest politics is a systematic structure, with the cleanness as it nature and core, the high-ranking officials as its key point and the social atmosphere as its base. To fight against corruption, we should restrict those officials＇ privileges first. That is, we should severely regulate and punish cadres. What＇s more, we should pay attention to the construction of social anti-corruption culture and the promotion of benign social moralities
