This paper describes the Design and Implementation of WEB-based open network test system, overviews the main technology used in the system structure and implementation process, and points out that the functional characteristics of the system. ＂Open Examination System＂ to solve the problem of the existence of ＂closedness＂ in the past on the Exam System, reflecting features of high degree of openness, versatility and providing a simple and efficient method and means of multidisciplinary independent proposition, testing and marking.
