摘要
为了探究软件产业虚拟集群风险评价方法,本文在分析SIVC构成特点的基础上进行风险识别,通过建立风险指标体系,构建了SIVC风险评价模型;进而深入分析"可能性—重要性"二维坐标,制定了风险应对优先级排序方案,从而完善了SIVC风险评价理论。
