摘要
利用DEAP2.1软件对河南省各地市技术创新的Mulmquist生产率指数进行实证研究,并将其分解为技术效率和技术变动2个指标。研究发现,全要素生产率主要受到技术因素的影响,呈现逐步降低的趋势,在考虑环境因素的情况下,几个经济发展水平较高的地区却出现了不同程度的技术退步,进一步内生分解技术效率,发现规模效率是制约综合技术效率的关键因素。
The essay studies Mulmquist productivity index of regional innovation in He' nan province by using the DEAP2. 1 software. Mulmquist productivity index can be divided into two aspact. One is technical efficiency and the other is technical alteration. The author finds that technical alteration is the most important fact which fell grad- ually. Technical regress is more likely to happen in areas with high development of economy. Scale efficiency infec- ted technical efficiency most.
