摘要
以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Fe/Ce/N三元掺杂TiO2光催化剂(简称Fe/Ce/N/TiO2),考察了乙酸、去离子水和乙醇用量,Fe,Ce,N的掺杂量以及煅烧温度对催化剂活性的影响,确定了最佳制备条件,并以甲基橙为目标污染物研究了Fe/Ce/N/TiO2的光催化性能。结果表明,制备Fe/Ce/N/TiO2的最佳工艺条件为:乙酸用量为10 mL,去离子水用量为10 mL,乙醇用量为60 mL,N,Fe和Ce与Ti的摩尔比分别为1.0%,0.25%和0.05%,煅烧温度为400℃。在此条件下制备的催化剂具有良好的紫外光和可见光催化活性,在紫外光照射下,60 min内可使质量浓度为10 mg/L的甲基橙光解效率达99%以上,在模拟日光照射下,180 min内可使甲基橙的光解效率达86.7%。三元素共掺杂的Fe/Ce/N/TiO2的催化活性明显高于双元素掺杂的Fe/Ce/TiO2,Fe/N/TiO2和N/Ce/TiO2。
Tetrabutyl titanate was used as precursor to prepare the TiO2 catalyst co-doped with Fe/N/Ce (Fe/Ce/N/TiO2) by sol-gel method. The effects of dosage of acetic acid, deionized water, ethanol,doping amount of doped N, Fe, Ce and calcination temperature on photocatalytic activity of Fe/Ce/N/TiO2 were investigated. The optimal conditions of preparation of TiO2 co-doped with Fe/N/Ce were determined. The results showed that the optimal conditions of preparation of Fe/Ce/N/TiO2are as follows: dosage of acetic acid 10ml., deionized water 10 mL, ethanol 60 mL, molar ratio of N/Ti 1.0%, Fe/Ti 0.25%, Ce/Ti 0.05%, calcination temperature 400 ℃. TiO2 catalyst co-doped with Fe/N/Ce exist excellent photocatalytic activity under UV and daylight illumination. 99% of methyl orange with concentration of 10 mg/L was decomposed by TiO2 catalyst co-doped under UV irradiation for 60 min. 86.7% of methyl orange with concentration of 10mg/L was decomposed by TiO2 catalyst co-doped under daylight irradiation for 180min.
