摘要
为解决黄金冶炼渣浸出液处理难题,采用"两级氧化+酚腾试剂"处理黄金冶炼渣浸出液,试验表明,以次氯酸钠为破氰氧化剂效果优于次氯酸钙。当一级氧化有效氯与氰化物的质量比为4.5∶1、反应时间25 min,二级氧化有效氯与氰化物的质量比为8∶1,反应时间25 min,酚腾试剂中H2O2的用量为3.0 mL/L,FeSO4用量为2 g/L,反应时间70 min时,处理后出水总氰、COD去除率分别达到97.9%,67.7%,总铜未检出,水质指标达到GB 8978—2002排放标准要求。
In order to solve the difficult problem of treating the infiltrate in gold smelting residue, the "two-step oxidation with Fenton reagent" is used to treat it. The results indicated that the sodium bypoehlorite is more efficient than the calcium hypochlorite in the two-step oxidation process. With the conditions that the molar ratio of the available chlorine to the cyanide is 4.5:1 in the first oxidation process, the ratio 8:1 in the second oxidation process, 25 minutes reaction time both in the two oxidation process, and the hydrogen peroxide dosage of 3.0 mL/L,iron sub-sulfate dosage of 2 g/L and 70 minutes reaction time, 97.9% cyanide,67.7% COD and almost all of the copper ion can be removed, the effluent could match the national discharge standard GB8978.
