摘要
提出通过对有机危险废物包装容器的化学清洗,使废弃的危险废物得到重新使用,从而达到减少制造过程中带来的能源和原料的消耗,同时又减少了废弃物。整套清洗回收系统污染物质的挥发处于可控状态,通过对挥发气体的收集和处理,消除了清洗过程中挥发的污染物质对环境的污染。
Chemical cleaning of packing container for organic hazardous waste was put forward so that hazardous waste out of date is reused, consequently consumable of energy and material during manufacture process was reduced. Meanwhile, rejected waste was reduced. Pollutant volatilization of the whole cleaning recovery system is in a controlled state. By means of gathering and disposing of volatile gas, volatile pollutant during cleaning process was avoided.
