智能石墨消解在土壤重金属测定前处理中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 使用智能石墨消解和国标推荐方法分别对土壤标准样品和实际样品进行消解处理,测定消解溶液中Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,Cr,Ni等6种重金属的含量。结果表明,智能石墨消解能将土壤样品消解完全,回收率、精密度均能达到测试要求,且安全性高、污染少、操作简单、实现了智能化,适合大批量样品的同时处理。 The intelligent graphite digestion and national standard recommendation methods were successfully applied for the digestion treatment of the standard reference soil samples and practical samples in this paper. The concentration of six kinds of heavy metals in digestion solutions were determined, such as Cu,Zn,Pb, Cd, Cr, Ni. The results showed that the soil samples can be completely digested by using the intelligent graphite digestion. The recovery and precision can meet the test requirements. What's more, it has some advantages such as high safety, less pollution, and simple operation, which can help to realize the intellectualization and to be suitable for treating large quantities of samples at the same time.
