新有机试剂BTASPAP的合成、性质和分析应用

摘要 以 2 -氨基苯并噻唑、间磺丙氨基苯酚为原料合成了水溶性的新有机试剂 2 - ( 2 -苯并噻唑偶氮 ) - 5-磺丙氨基苯酚 ,用混合溶剂重结晶精制。并用 EA、TLC、IR、FAB等分析手段鉴定了其纯度和分子结构。用分光光度法测定了其六级离解平衡常数 。 The new water soluble organic reagent 2 (2 benzothiazolylazo) 5 (3 sulfopropyl) aminophenol (BTASPAP) is synthesized with diazotized 2 aminobenzothiazole and N (3 sulfopropyl) m aminophenol as the raw materials, and it is purified by the method of ethanol water mixed solvent recrystallization. The purity and molecular structure of the synthesized product are determined by thin layer chromatography, elementary analysis, infrared absorption spectrometry, fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry, and visible absorption spectrometry. The 6\|order negative logarithms of the dissociation constants for BTASPAP are determined,and the chromogentic reaction of this reagent with Fe(Ⅱ,Ⅲ),Co(Ⅱ,Ⅲ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ), etc. in water phase is investigated.
