青海省农业经济可持续发展制约因素与对策研究

A Study on the Restricting Factors and Countermeasures of Sustainable Development of Agricultural Economy in Qinghai Province

本文分析了青海省农业经济发展的现状,从农业投入与产出、农业结构优化和优势特色农产品加工等视角总结了青海省农业经济可持续发展取得的成就;从农村产业结构调整和发展、农业成果转化和农业效益、财政投入和农业生产条件等方面,分析了青海省农业经济可持续发展的制约因素。进而提出了推进青海省农业经济可持续发展的对策。

This paper analyzed the present situation of agricultural economic development in Qinghai Province and summed up the achievement of sustainable development of agricultural economy in Qinghai Prov- ince from an angle of the agricultural inputs and outputs, optimizing the structure of agriculture and processing of characteristic agriculture products;pointed out the restricting factors of sustainable development of agricul- tural economy from the adjustment and development of rural industrial structure, agricultural transformation and agricultural efficiency, financial investment and agricultural production conditions. And at last put forward some countermeasures for promoting the sustainable development of agricultural economy in Qinghai Province.
