随着大通县集体林权制度主体改革的完成,森林、林木、林地产权的明晰及经营主体的落实,我县农村集体林业经营逐步呈现出经营主体多元化、经营形式多样化、林权结构分散化的格局。为适应不断发展变化的市场需求,加强农民林业专业合作社发展,促进林业生产经营模式转变,提高农民进入市场的组织化程度和竞争能力,对保护森林资源、降低管护成本、节约农村劳动力,实现林业产业化、集约化、规范化经营,提高林产品竞争力,推进林业可持续发展和农民增收都具有重要意义。
