糖尿病并发缺血性脑病的临床特点及综合治疗疗效分析

Clinical characteristics and therapeutic efficacy analysis of Diabetes complicated by ischemic encephalopathy

目的:探讨对糖尿病并发缺血性脑病综合治疗的相关临床疗效。方法:对136例糖尿病并发缺血性脑病患者进行辨证实施治疗,具体做法把患者分为对照组和观察组两组,其中对对照组患者采用西医给糖尿病并发缺血性脑病患者服用适量的二甲双胍、罗格列酮以及瑞格列奈和拜糖平等药物治疗,并给予盐酸法舒地尔注射液静脉滴注;对观察组患者采用西医治疗的同时也采用传统的中医治疗,糖尿病并发缺血性脑病患者应控制饮食,进行相关运动,最后观察治疗效果。结果:对照组糖尿病缺血性脑病患者治疗总有效率高达80.6%,而观察组的糖尿病缺血性脑病患者治疗总有效率高达95.7%,治疗前后患者的神经功能缺损评分相比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对于糖尿病并发缺血性脑病患者的治疗不仅仅要控制血糖,改善脑供血,同时还要对其血液高凝状态进行控制,通过这种综合治疗效果比较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of diabetes complicated by isehemic encephalopathy comprehensive treat- ment. Method 136 eases of diabetes complicated by ischemic eneephalopathy syndrome were given treatment, the patients were divided in- to the control group and the observation group, the control group patients used Western medicine to patients by taking the fight amount of mefformin rosiglitazone and repaglinide, and given intravenous injection of hydrochlorle acid fasudil;The observation group used Western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Diabetes complicated by isehemic eneephalopathy patients should control di- et related movement,and observed treatment effect at last. Results The total control group of diabetic patients with isehemie encephalopathy treatment efficiency was up to 80. 6% ,while the total efficiency of observation group was up to 95.7% ,the neurological deficit scores before and after treatment of the patients was compared statistically significant. Coadasion The treatment for diabetes complicated by isehemic encephalopathy patients not only to control blood sugar,improve blood supply to the brain, but also to control their blood hypereoagulability better through such a eomprehensive treatment effect.
