摘要
目的:探讨输尿管结石致肾绞痛的处理方式。方法:选取肾绞痛患者230例,120实施保守治疗,110例实施输尿管镜手术。结果:两组排石率均较高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肾绞痛的治疗是一个综合的过程,需进行个体化治疗。
Objective To investigate handing of renal colic patients caused by ureteral stones. Method 120 patients selected conserva- tive treatment, but 110 patients selected ureteroscopy in 230 renal colic patients. Results Two groups were effective treatment, there were no statistically significant. Conclusion The treatment of renal colic is an integrated process. It need an individualized treatment.
