高龄股骨颈骨折患者围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of elderly patients who with femoral neck fractures

目的:探讨高龄患者髋关节置换术的围手术期护理。方法:对30例高龄患者做好充分的术前准备,给予精心的围手术期护理。结果:通过对髋关节置换术患者的围手术期护理,获得理想的预期效果,大部分患者(80%以上)能搀扶下地行走。结论:髋关节置换术后功能恢复良好,无并发症发生,提高手术成功率,提高患者生存质量,围手术期护理极其重要。

Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing of elderly patients with hip replacement. Method 30 aged patients were given adequate preoperative preparation, careful perioperative nursing. Results Through the perioperative nursing of hip replacement patients,we obtained ideal effect,and most of the patients （ more than 80% ） could walk with help. Conclusion After total hip arthroplasty, we get good functional recovery, no complications, and increase the successful rate of operation,improve the quality of life of patients, perio- perative nursing is very important.
