心理干预对腹股沟斜疝手术患儿家长情绪影响的探讨

Effects of mental intervention on the parents of herniorrhaphy children

目的:了解心理干预对接受手术的患儿家长焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法:选择住院并接受手术治疗的腹股沟斜疝患儿家长60例,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组进行系统的心理护理,观察干预组和对照组入院时与手术前焦虑、抑郁情况。结果:两组患儿家长入院时焦虑、抑郁评分均高于常模,两组比较差异无统计学意义,干预组患儿家长手术前焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组。结论:系统的护理干预可减轻患儿家长术前的焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective To investigate the effects of mental intervention on the parents of herniorrhaphy children. Method 60 children who had hemiorrhaphy were divided into 2 groups randomly：Group A and Group B. The parents of children in group A accepted mental intervention and usual care. The parents of children in group B accepted usual care only. The anxiety and depression of the parents were inves- tigated before operation. Results The anxiety and depression of the parents of each group were greater than that of normal admission. The anxiety and depression of the parents in group A were less than that of group B before operation. Conclusion The mental intervention can lessen the anxiety and depression on the parents of hemiorrhaphy children.
