摘要
"业态"最初用于表征零售企业为满足不同消费需求进行相应要素组合而形成的不同经营形态,但随着经济社会的发展变化,开始逐渐从零售业扩展到服务业,进而拓展到农业、制造业等领域,"业态"一词逐渐被用作表征一切产业活动的存在形式或实现形式,为有别于传统的"零售业态",而称之为"产业业态"。现有采用"业态"名称研究零售业以外其他行业或产业的文献,绝大部分都只是引入了"业态"的名称,或简单类比零售业态进行了界定,罕有对"产业业态"概念和理论进行系统研究的文献。本文在大量文献研究评述的基础上,对"产业业态"进行了较为系统完整的界定,展望了产业业态的未来研究方向。
Format originally means the mix ot various resources or management exements provided retaller to meet the complex need of consumers. As the development of economy and society, format is gradually expanded to describe the appearance and content of all kinds of industries including retail industry, agriculture and manufacture. To differentiate it from retail formats, it is called “industry formats”. Most of the existing relevant literature on “formats” to research industry topics excluding retail business just introduces the name simply. Based on a review of the existing literature, industry formats is defined systematically and the future study fields of it is debated.
