后金融危机时期我国钢铁产业安全评价研究——基于公司治理视角

The Analysis of China Steel Industry Security Based on Corporate Governance in Post-financial Era

论文从公司治理视角分析后金融危机时期我国钢铁产业安全问题。从方法运用来看,模糊综合评价法是分析企业行为影响产业安全的合适方法。从实证结果来看,第一,以2008年为基期,2009年至2012年我国钢铁产业安全情况呈逐年上升趋势;第二,各年份的企业拥有大股东状况、经理人市场的竞争程度、下游市场的竞争程度和政府推动产业内并购力度等对产业安全影响效果的促进作用基本是逐渐提高的;第三,企业共同拥有大股东状况和政府推动产业内并购力度两个指标在企业竞合行为对产业安全影响方面起着至关重要的作用。最后,论文从两个方面对未来提升钢铁产业安全和加强钢铁企业治理建设提出政策建议。

From the perspective of corporate governance, this article analyses China steel industry securi- ty in post -financial era. In the method, fuzzy comprehensive provides better analysis method for the analysis of enterprise behavior effects on industry security. Empirical analysis outcomes are as followed： firstly, based on 2008, from the year 2009 to 2012 the effect order of enterprise behavior on steel industry safety is 2012 〉 2011 〉 2010 〉 2009. Secondly, the indicators, including the status of two or more enterprises owning common shareholder, the degree of competition in the manager market, the degree of competition in the downstream market and the degree of government promoting the merger and reorganization are increasing gradually from 2008 to 2012. Thirdly, the status of two or more enterprises owning common shareholder and the degree of government promoting the merger and reorganization play an important role. At last, according to the results of empirical analysis, this article gives some value suggestions from two aspects, to induce the healthy development of steel industry and the corporate governance construction.
