摘要
以多级减振离合器的接合过程为控制对象 ,考虑到扭振弹簧刚度和阻尼的分段特性 ,建立了单输入单输出非线性动力系统模型 .应用微分流形变换和反馈线性化方法 ,原非线性系统可等价为具有零动力学性质的线性系统 ,然后在线性空间设计控制方案 .仿真以两级减振自控离合器跟踪理想响应为例 ,结果表明 ,对非线性系统实施反馈线性化控制 ,跟踪精度高 ,鲁棒性好 .
A nonlinear analysis is carried out for the engagement performance of AMT vehicle clutches with multistage vibroisotation effects.Since stepwise continuous elastic and damping are taken into account,a mathematical modeling of the SISO nonlinear dynamic system is made for the clutch engagments.By means of diffeomanifold transforms and feedback linearization procedure,an equivalent and linearized system having zero dynamic properties is derived.As a numerical example of the automatic clutch with double stage vibroisolation effects,computer simulations are made for the nonlinear dynamic system with incorporation of pole assignment controller to follow ideal regular velocity outputs.It has been shown by numerical results that the nonlinear controller for segmented nonlinear system is of fine robustness and accuracy characteristic.
