Treatment of oil-containing wastewater with an inorganic membrane

摘要 采用自制膜分离器研究了自制陶瓷膜的乳化油分离特性 ,考察了膜内外压差、料液流速和料液浓度等因素对乳化油渗透通量和膜截留率的影响规律 .结果表明 ,陶瓷膜具有较佳的分离效率 ,渗透率为 0 .11× 10 - 4~ 1.1× 10 - 4m3 / ( m2· s) ,截留率达 95%以上 .无机超滤膜的可清洗性能优于有机超滤膜 。 The treatment of oil\|containing wastewater by using an inorganic ceramic membrane system was studied. The effects of the feeding rate, the operating pressure difference and oil concentration on membrane transport properties were investigated. Also, the changes of water permeabilities with operating time were tested. The results indicate that the oil\|containing wastewater treatment process with inorganic membrane is quite good. The permeated oil concentration is lower than 5 mg per liter, the oil eliminating efficiency is over 95 percent and water permeability is about 0.11×10 -4 ~1.1×10 -4 m 3/(m 2·s). Inorganic ultrafiltration membranes have better cleanable performance than organic membranes have.
