介绍LF炉全自动智能配料模型的应用,实现钢水自动称量、合金自动配比以及炉料自动入炉等功能,使钢水质量和稳定性得到明显改善。
The application of intelligent automatic batching model of LF furnace is introduced. The functions of automatic weighing, alloy automatic matching and burden charging are implemented.Molten steel quality and stability have been improved obviously.
