摘要
采用内耗测试和 X-射线衍射研究了时效处理对 Ti5 0 Ni2 5 Cu2 5 合金阻尼特性的影响 ,发现随时效温度升高 ,相变内耗峰降低 ,并且出现 B19′马氏体 .低温时效合金背底内耗随振动频率增大而降低 。
Effects of the ageing treatment on the damping capacity of Ti 50 Ni 25 Cu 25 shape memory alloy are studied by internal friction measurement and X\|ray diffraction. It is shown that the internal friction peak caused by the martensitic transformation is increased by the increasement of ageing temperature. B19′ monoclinic martensites are produced because of ageing treatment. Background internal frictions are decreased by the increasement of the vibration frequency for the alloy aged at lower temperature and are not affected by the variation of vibration frequency for the alloy aged at higher temperature.
