摘要
研究了定中心距、定啮合角变速比齿轮的啮合原理 .采用法向映射模型 ,将瞬心线、共轭曲线与啮合点联系起来讨论 ,直接从啮合定律出发 ,借鉴相伴曲线方法的思路 ,可以在已知运动规律及法向映射坐标条件下 ,决定一对共轭曲线 ,并绕过共轭曲线方程 。
The conjugate principle of the variable ratio gear with constant center distance and constant contact angle has been analysed. Using normal mapping coordinate and cesaro method, the kinematic geometry rules of plane conjugate are revealed by means of the direct connection of the instantaneous center curves, conjugate curves and conjugate point. This method has good effect on the investigation of the conjugate principle about the variable ratio gear with constant center distance and constant contact angle. Therefore, the geometrical properties of the conjugate flank profile and evolute can be readily obtained.
