摘要
目的了解苯作业工人外周血象的现状,为苯的职业危害采取有效预防措施提供科学依据。方法选择某厂184名接触苯的工人为观察组,其中男80名,女104名。另选不接触苯的154名办公室人员为对照组,其中男73名,女81名,分别对这些人员的外周血用XT-2000i血液自动分析仪测定,对测定结果进行统计、分析。结果观察组的WBC、RBC、PLT测定结果明显低于对照组(P<0.05),Hb、ANC测定结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血象变化与年龄、性别的关系有待进一步研究。结论苯对血液系统的影响是一个慢性的过程。本调查为我国现行的苯职业性接触限值的修订提供了参考数据,以更好地制定有效的预防措施,保护工人健康。
Objective To investigate the current situation of peripheral hemogram among benzene- exposed workers, and to provide a scientific basis for effective prevention of occupational benzene exposure. Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from 184 benzene- exposed workers (including 80 men and 104 women) who were served as observation group and 154 officer (including 73 men and 81 women) without benzene or toxic substances exposure who were served as control group. The Sysmex XT- 2000i automated hematology analyzer was used to detect the blood samples and the detection results were statistically analyzed. Results The levds of white bloxt cell (WBC), red bloM call (RBC) and platelet count (PLT) of benzene- ex- posed group were significantly lower than those of control group (P 〈 0.05), but no statistically significant difference was found in hemoglobin (Hb) and absolute nentrophil countm (ANC) between the two groups (P 〉0.05). The relationship between the change of hemogram with age and sex will need to be further gone into. Conclusions The effect of benzene on blood system is a chronic process. This survey provides reference data for amending the existing limit value for the occupational exposure to benzene so as to develop effective preventive measures and protect the health of benzene- exposed workers.
