宁养义工服务现状和晚期癌症患者对义工需求和满意度调查

Survey on Current Situation of Service of Hospice Volunteers and Advanced Cancer Patients' Demands and Satisfaction for Volunteers

目的了解宁养院的义工服务状况、以及晚期癌症患者对义工的需求和满意度,以便更好的服务晚期癌症患者。方法选取60名湖南省肿瘤医院宁养院义工和122名接受居家宁养服务的晚期癌症患者作为调查的对象。采用自编的宁养院义工的服务状况调查表、宁养院晚期癌症患者对宁养义工服务的需求和满意度调查表进行问卷调查,对调查的结果进行统计分析。结果晚期癌症患者对义工服务的需求较强,占患者总数的91.1%。患者对宁养院义工服务的满意度较高,义工服务的连续性较强,其义工参加志愿服务的主要方式以时间分散但连续参加为主。结论宁养义工服务能够满足晚期癌症患者的需要,可以为患者提供良好人文关怀,对于改善医疗服务、促进医患和谐具有借鉴之处。

Objective To investigate the service situation of hospice volunteers and advanced cancer patients＇ demands and satisfaction for volunteers so as to provide better service for patients with advanced cancer.Methods A total of 60 hospice volunteers of Hunan Provincial Tumor Hospital and 122 advanced cancer patients receiving hospice care service were served as the investigated objects.Self-designed questionnaires were used to survey the service status of hospice volunteers and advanced cancer patients＇ demands and satisfaction for volunteers.And the results of the investigation were statistically analyzed.Results The demands of volunteer service in patients with advanced cancer were stronger,accounting for 91.1% of all patients.Advanced cancer patients＇ satisfaction for volunteers was higher.The continuity of hospital volunteer service was good,and the main way of participating in volunteer service was scattered-and-continuing.Conclusions Hospice volunteer service can meet the needs of patients with advanced cancer and provide good humanistic care.It can be used as reference for improving medical service and promoting harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
