社区老年糖尿病健康教育防治应用调查

Survey on Application of Health Education in Prevention and Treatment of Senile Diabetes Mellitus in a Community

目的调查健康教育对社区老年糖尿病的防治效果。方法选取2009年1月-2011年12月在祖庙社区卫生服务中心筛查的老年糖尿病病例152例,按随机原则分成两组:进行健康教育的76例,标为教育组;未进行健康教育的76例,标为对照组。对教育组患者及家属进行糖尿病特点、饮食、运动、心理、用药等方面进行糖尿病"五驾马车"健康教育,比较两组患者对糖尿病知识的掌握和血糖控制情况。结果教育组患者对糖尿病的知识掌握水平高,优良率达76.32%,明显高于对照组的26.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血糖控制情况良好,生活质量明显提高,教育组血糖控制率、低血糖发生率分别为81.58%、2.63%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论健康教育对社区老年糖尿病防治作用明显,可有效提高患者对疾病的认识、血糖控制良好,生活质量得到提高。

Objective To investigate the effect of health education on prevention and treatment of senile diabetes mellitus in Zumiao Community.Methods One hundred and fifty-two cases of senile diabetes mellitus were selected from health center of the community from January 2009 to December 2011.All patients were randomly divided into education group and non-education group（each n=76）.Patients and their families in education group were educated with knowledge about characteristics,diet,physical exercise,psychology and medication of diabetes mellitus.The condition of mastering diabetes knowledge and blood sugar control were compared between the two groups.Results Patients of education group had higher scores on diabetes knowledge,the excellent and good rate was 76.32% which was significantly higher than that of control group（26.32%）,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.01）.Blood sugar control of education group was good and the quality of life was significantly improved.The rate of blood sugar control and the incidence rate of hypoglycemia were 81.58% and 2.63%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant as compared with control group（P0.01）.Conclusions Health education has an obvious effect on prevention and treatment of senile diabetes mellitus in the community.It can effectively help patients improve the understanding of the disease,keep a good level of blood sugar and enhance the quality of life.
