后过渡金属催化烯烃聚合稳定性的改进

摘要 简要描述了后过渡金属催化剂相对于前过渡金属催化剂在烯烃聚合方面的特点。介绍了几种不同类型配体的后过渡金属催化剂,通过比较它们催化烯烃聚合所得产物的相对分子质量、催化聚合反应活性及活性保持时间,概括了影响后过渡金属催化剂稳定性的因素。通过适当地调节配体对金属中心的空间位阻和电子效应以及合理的配体类型设计,能有效改进后过渡金属催化剂的稳定性。 The characteristics of late transition metal catalysts relative to early transition metal catalysts in the catalytic polymerization of olefins are simply described.Late transition metal catalysts with several types of ligands are introduced and the factors affecting the catalyst thermostability are summarized by comparing the relative molecular mass of the obtained polymers,the catalytic activity for olefin polymerization and the sustainable time of the activity.In general,the proper adjustment of the steric hindrance and electronic effect of the ligands toward the metal centers and a rational design of ligand structure can effectively improve the thermostability of the late transition metal catalysts.
