摘要
对已知抗黑斑病强弱的8个月季品种进行气孔密度、叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活力的测定。结果表明:月季部分生理指标与抗黑斑病性间的关系为:月季的抗黑斑病性与气孔密度呈负相关;与叶绿素含量和SOD、POD、PPO活力呈正相关;感病条件下,各品种的脯氨酸含量显著上升。
In order to lay a theoretical foundation for breeding resistance to black spot disease of rose varieties, stomatal density, chlorophyll content, proline content, SOD, POD and PPO vitality of 8 roses were measured in this research to study the relationship between physiological indicators of rose varieties and the resistance to black spot disease. The results showed that there were some link between the physiological indices and resistance to black spot disease in roses. Rose's resistance to black spot and stomatal density was negatively correlated; SOD, POD and PPO is positively correlated with it. The proline content of all varieties increased significantly in susceptible conditions.
