响应面法用于红景天苷的提取工艺优化 被引量:3

Parameters optimization of salidroside from Rhodiola rosea using response surface methodology

摘要 用水做溶剂,考察料液比、提取温度、浸提液pH值、提取时间等4个因素对红景天中红景天苷提取率的影响,然后采用响应面分析法建立提取条件与提取率之间的数学模型,优化提取工艺参数。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:料液比1∶34(g/g)、提取温度64℃、浸提液pH8.1、提取时间45 min,在该条件下,红景天苷的提取率为5.69%。 Effects of four crucial parameters (i.e., material/liquid ratio, temperature, pH adjustment of water as extraction solvent and extraction duration) on extraction yield of salidroside were investigated by one-factor-at-a-time method. Subsequently, a central composition experimental design leading to a set of 30 experiments with different combinations of the four variables was performed to attain the maximum extraction yield of salidroside. Under the optimized conditions as follows: material/liquid ratio (g/g) l:3g,64~Cand pH 8.1for an extraction duration of 45min,the yield of salidroside was found to be 5.69%.
