摘要
基于聚能随进技术的爆破方案,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立了组合冰凌爆破模型,通过数值分析,得到了冲击波峰值压力与时间的函数关系,计算可知峰值压力与理论计算结果基本吻合;分析了冰体在组合炸药水下爆炸荷载下的应力分布,研究了整个水下爆炸过程.结果表明,目标冰体完全破碎,破碎冰块直径较小,与试验结果基本吻合.可为黄河及黑龙江等区域冰凌水下爆破技术的研究与应用提供参考.
Using the blasting scheme based on shaped charge technology, the combination of ice blasting model is set up by ANSYS/ LS-DYNA software. Through the numerical analysis, the functional relationship between the peak pressure of shock waves and time is obtained and the peak pressure is almost in line with the theoretical calculation result. The stress distribution of ice under the combina-tion of underwater explosion loads is analyzed, and the process of the underwater explosion is investigated. The results show that the target ice is completely broken and the broken ice is smaller in diameter, which is almost consistent with the experimental results. It would provide a reference for the research and application of underwater ice blasting technology in Yellow River and Heilongjiang Riv-er, etc.
